Menu for January 16-22
I guess I missed posting my menu last week. Oops! Well, we had good food, in case you were wondering.
Here’s what we’ve got going on this week:
Breakfasts:

Baked Pumpkin Steel Cut Oatmeal (using the roasted pureed pumpkin I froze this fall)

Orange Breakfast Rolls (I came across this recipe this week, and I’m pretty excited to try it!)

Breakfast Burritos

Zucchini Bread (2 times)

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins (recipe coming soon; I’m hoping these will last for 2 breakfasts)

Lunch out with friends on two separate occasions
