Menu for January 16-22

I guess I missed posting my menu last week. Oops! Well, we had good food, in case you were wondering. :)

 

Here’s what we’ve got going on this week:

 

Breakfasts:

Lunches:

  • Bean and Cheese Burritos with carrot sticks

  • Grilled PBJ with apple slices

  • Tuna Pita Pockets with cucumber slices

  • Leftovers (2 times)

  • Lunch out with friends on two separate occasions

Snacks:

  • Monster Toast (Will try to get the recipe up this week)

  • Orange Cream Smoothies (these are like Orange Julius smoothies – yum!)

  • Cinnamon Snails

  • Homemade Gogurts

  • Fruit Snacks

  • Chips (my mother in law gave us an enormous box of single-serve bags of chips – my kids are in heaven!)

Dinners:

  • Chicken Pot Pie

  • Chicken Basil Sausage, Biscuits, and Green Beans

  • Lasagna, Salad, Breadsticks

  • Breakfast for Dinner

  • Chicken Tortilla Soup in the crockpot

  • Pot Roast with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, Vienna bread

  • Dinner at our Bible Study group
