Here’s what I’ve been reading lately:

• Summer Lunch Ideas for Kids :: Life as Mom – Lunch is hands-down my least favorite meal to prepare. I always feel rushed, uninspired, and irritable as I rush to get the troops fed and down for naps. I loved these ideas, because while they are creative, they also don’t require me to be in the kitchen for loads of time during the lunch hour.

• Opposition in Homeschool: Dealing with the Grumbles :: Simple Homeschool – Even though we’re on break for summer, I’m still on the hunt for helpful tips and ideas for next year’s schooling.
